Project Description:

Consisting of seven stages of development incorporating a Medical Centre, Child Care
Centre and Child Play Centre, IGA and Speciality Shops, Food and Restaurant Precinct,
Gymnasium and Tavern.
The development has been constructed over a period of Four years and was designed and
coordinated in conjunction with Lendlease the subdivision project manager of Alkimos on the behalf of Landcorp.
